On the sidelines of 26th Meeting of the Council of Ministers (COM), the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with the Foreign Minister of Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to discuss overall economic situation of the region and the hard working conditions given the developing global scenarios.

The 26th Meeting of the ECO Council of Ministers (COM) held in Tashkent on January 24, 2023 was chaired by the Acting Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Mr. Bakhtiyor Saidov.

The ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with the Honourable Foreign Minister of the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu. The bilateral interaction was arranged on the sidelines of 26th Meeting of the ECO Council of Ministers (COM) held on January 24, 2023. The discussions during the meeting highlighted regional cooperation, focusing on ECO and its activities in various development sectors, particularly trade and connectivity, as well as ECO inter-regional and global relations in special reference to the Organization’s refueled approach for enhancing its visibility across the globe.

Within the framework of his participation in the 26th Meeting of the ECO Council of Ministers in Tashkent, the ECO Secretary General met with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Jeyhun Baramov.

The Senior Officials met on January 23, 2023 before the 26th Meeting of the ECO Council of Ministers (COM) scheduled for January 24, 2023. The delegations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Islamic Republic of Iran, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Turkiye, Turkmenistan and Republic of Uzbekistan (host) as well as ECO Secretary General participated in the meeting.

Within the framework of his visit to Tashkent in connection with 26th Meeting of the ECO Council of Ministers (COM), the ECO Secretary General, Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Mr. Bakhtiyor Saidov on January 22.

Within the framework of his participation in the 26th Meeting of the Council of Ministers in Tashkent, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri was interviewed by the Donya Information Agency.
