The 263rd Meeting of the ECO Council of Permanent Representatives (CPR) was held on April 11, 2022 in the ECO Secretariat under the Chairmanship of Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan to ECO, H.E. Mr. Bakhodir Abdullayev.

The ECO Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Khusrav Noziri received the Ambassador of Iraq to the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Mr. Naseer Abdul Mohsen Abdullah Al-Karawi who visited him at the ECO Secretariat on April 6, 2022.

On 16 March 2022, the virtual meeting entitled “The Partners’ Roundtable for the Launch and Operationalisation of the ECO Clean Energy Centre” was jointly organized by the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Secretariat, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the overall technical support of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Within the framework of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 12, 2022, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri was interviewed by the Anadolu Agency and Milliyet Newspaper of Turkey.

On the initiative of the Lebanese side within the framework of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 12, 2022, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with the Minister of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Lebanon, H.E. Mr. Amin Salam.

Within the framework of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 12, 2022, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri participated at the Round Table: Asia Anew: For a Sustainable Regional Growth. The Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Bangladesh, Heads of CICA, IORA, ACD, as well as representatives of public and private business companies of Turkey also attended the round table.

Within the framework of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 11, 2022, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with the Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation (D-8), Ambassador Isiaka Abdulqadir Imam who assumed the position of the Secretary-General on January 1, 2022.

Within the framework of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 11, 2022, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with the Executive Director of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), Ambassador Kairat Sarybay.

Within the framework of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 11, 2022, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Mr. Baghdad Amreyev.
