Within the framework of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 11, 2022, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Jeyhun Bayramov.

The Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization, H.E. Mr. Khusrav Noziri visited the Republic of Turkey on March 10, 2022 to participate in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. Within the event's framework, he met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and Director for EU Affairs, H.E. Mr. Faruk Kaymakci.

The Ambassador of Mexico to the Islamic Republic of Iran H.E. Mr. Guillermo Alejandro Puente Ordorica paid a visit to the ECO Secretariat on March 6, 2022.

The 262nd Meeting of the ECO Council of Permanent Representatives (CPR) was held on March 2, 2022 in the city of Bandar Abbas, the Islamic Republic of Iran under the Chairmanship of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Ambassador of Finland to the Islamic Republic of Iran H.E. Mr. Kari Kahiluoto paid a visit to the ECO Secretariat on March 1, 2022.

On February 28, 2022, by the initiative of Directorate for Energy, Minerals and Environment (EME) of the ECO Secretariat, the virtual meeting was held between EME team comprised of Director Mr.Rovshan Mirzayev and Program Officer Mojtaba Faraji with Mr. Gaurav Monga, Partner Engagement Officer for Resource Mobilization and Partnerships of the Secretariat of United Nation Convention for Climate Change (UNFCC).

On 16 February 2022 by the invitation of UNIDO, Directorate of Energy, Minerals and Environment (EME) from the ECO Secretariat has participated the Online Workshop on Industrial Energy Efficiency Kits.

The Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization, Amb. Khusrav Noziri, met with the Director of the Asian and Pacific Centre for the Development of Disaster Information Management (APDIM), Ms. Letizia Rossano, at the ECO Headquarters in Tehran.

On February 14, 2022 by the invitation of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) the delegation headed by Deputy Secretary General of ECO, Dr.Huseyin Avni Bicakli attended the opening session of the fifty fifth IPCC and Twelfth Session of the Working Group II hosted virtually by German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
