With the participation of Pakistan’s new Permanent Representative to ECO, the ECO Council of Permanent Representatives (CPR) met on April 8, 2024.
While making inclusive discussions on its agenda, the meeting highlighted the significance of some upcoming ECO events, notably the meeting of ECO Attorneys General in Dushanbe, Tajikistan and the inauguration ceremony of Shahrisabz, Uzbekistan, as the ECO Tourism Capital for 2024.
Discussions during the meeting focused on enhancing regional cooperation through enhanced trade and connectivity with a view to fostering mutual growth and partnership for a more prosperous and interconnected ECO Region
