The Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Iran H.E. Mr. Dmitry Koltsov visited ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri on April 17, 2024.
Welcoming the dignitary, Ambassador Noziri briefed him on the objectives, priority areas, decision-making mechanism, as well as some important events of the Organization.
Expressing their wish for strengthening ties with the ECO region, Ambassador Koltsov expressed their desire for exploring potential cooperation between ECO and Belarus.
