Project administering instruction describes the practical steps (12) to be followed by project involved persons in the Member States in their handling ECO-funded small sized projects.
The practical steps also reflect the procedures governing the interaction among project-involved parties within the typical framework of SSPs.
Project administering instruction is as a rule serves as a supplement for the ‘Guidelines for ECO projects’ (endorsed on 2010 and updated 2013).
