The Fifteenth Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) was held on October 01, 2005 in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan. The Council of Ministers’ meeting was preceded by the Senior Officials’ meeting on September 29-30, 2005, under the Chairmanship of His Excellency Mr. Rapil Zhoshybaev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
