The ECO Secretary General, H.E. Dr. Hadi Soleimanpour has warmly congratulated the President-elect of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Sadyr Japarov on his historic victory in the recent presidential election of the country.
In his message to H.E. Mr. Ruslan Kazakbaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Dr. Soleimanpour commended the Government and the people of the Kyrgyz Republic for successfully convening the presidential election as well as referendum on the system of government in the Republic. The ECO Secretary General also underlined the importance that the ECO attached to the Kyrgyz Republic as a key member of the organization and expressed his desire for further close cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic for achieving the goals of sustainable development in the ECO region.
While thanking the ECO Secretary General for his warm felicitations, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic invited Dr. Soleimanpour to the official ceremony of inauguration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and stated that he looked forward to interacting with the Secretary General on the issues of mutual interest and futuristic plans of the ECO.
