The 11th ECO Summit Meeting was held on 23rd December, 2010 in Istanbul, Turkey with the participation of Heads of State/Government. H.E. Mr. Abdullah Gul, the President of the Republic of Turkey opened the meeting with inaugural address and warmly welcomed the Heads of State/Government and honourable guests from non-member states and international organizations.
