Within the framework of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 11, 2022, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Mr. Baghdad Amreyev.
The ECO Secretary General highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two Organizations, especially in the post-COVID challenges.
Given the concurrent membership of all the OTS member countries in the ECO, the OTS Secretary General highly valued their observer status in the ECO, reaffirming readiness for continuing cooperation in the priority areas, such as transport, tourism, education, etc. aimed at making consolidated and shared progress for securing result-oriented outcomes in their mutual interest and benefit.
