On the sidelines of the 28th Meeting of the ECO Council of Ministers, Dr. Asad M. Khan met the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E. Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
Congratulating Dr. Khan for his recent appointment as the ECO Secretary General, H.E. Minister Dar expressed Pakistan’s strong desire for enhancing regional cooperation particularly in trade, transport, tourism and environment areas.
Thanking Senator Dar for honoring the event with his gracious presence, Dr. Khan assured him of his strong commitment to translate the desires of Member States for regional cooperation into implementable actions.
