ECO Secretary General Dr. Asad M. Khan met the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Cong Peiwu. The meeting discussed opportunities for cooperation between the ECO Region and China, particularly in the framework of strengthening the region’s connectivity and trade prospects.
The two sides agreed to continue dialogue to further explore opportunities and identify the areas for possible cooperation.
