The newly appointed Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan H.E. Mr. Ahmet Gurbanov, who has been serving as the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Country’s Permanent Representative to ECO, paid a farewell visit to the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri, on December 17, 2023.
The ECO Secretary General congratulated the outgoing Permanent Representative and wished the best for his new assignment. Thanking the ECO Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Gurbanov assured him of his continued support to the Secretariat in his new role, for stronger collaboration amongst the Member States towards greater economic cooperation in the region.
