Mr. Seyed Mohsen Esperi (Iranian National) assumed the charge of the Deputy Secretary General (Trade & Investment, Agriculture & Industries (AI) and Transport & Communications) at the ECO Secretariat in December 2021.
Mr. Seyed Mohsen Esperi (Iranian National) assumed the charge of the Deputy Secretary General (Trade & Investment, Agriculture & Industries (AIT)) at the ECO Secretariat in December 2021. He joined the Foreign Service in 1988 and has held various important positions, Director-General of Environment & Sustainable Development of MFA being the very recent one. He has also served at the Diplomatic Missions of Islamic Republic of Iran to Geneva and New York. He holds Masters degree in Political Science. He is happily married and has two children.
