The ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri met with his D-8 Counterpart Ambassador Isiaka Abdulqadir Imam on January 24, 2023.
During the meeting, the two sides revisited the status of ECO and D-8 activities in special consideration of their current cooperative framework while touching on certain issues of mutual interest. Emphasizing the need for further consolidation of their working partnership, they agreed to explore maximum ways and means for joint progress of the two Organizations as well as wellbeing of their member nations.
