ECO Secretary General Dr. Asad M. Khan condoled with the Honourable President of Azerbaijan H.E. Mr. Ilham Aliyev and the Honourable Foreign Minister H.E. Jeyhun Bayramov for the loss of precious human lives caused by the tragic crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines Flight J2-8243 near the Aktau region of Kazakhstan. In his formal message, the Secretary General extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, and expressed ECO’s solidarity with the people and government of Azerbaijan.
