On 29 April 2025, representatives from the Agriculture and Industry Directorate of the ECO Secretariat participated in the opening day of the 14th International Innovation & Technology Exhibition, INOTEX 2025, held at Pardis Technology Park in Tehran.
During the visit, Mr. Can Aygul, Director for Agriculture and Industry at the ECO Secretariat, met with representatives from Hi-Tech Development Fund (HTDF) and Pardis Technology Park to explore potential areas of collaboration in high-tech development funding and the advancement of innovative companies in the ECO region.
INOTEX serves as an international platform designed to cultivate cooperation, stimulate investment, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge within the dynamic fields of innovative technology and entrepreneurship. This year’s exhibition, taking place from April 29 to May 2, anticipates the participation of over 450 exhibitors and 100,000 visitors, including industry leaders from Iran and other countries. Notably, alongside the Iranian organizers, stakeholders from other ECO Member Countries, including Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, are also participating in INOTEX 2025. The event offers an opportunity to connect with relevant stakeholders and explore novel avenues for international collaboration. The vision of holding the First ECO International Innovation and Technological Exhibition (ECO-TEX) concurrently with INOTEX 2025 will support the regional collaboration efforts of ECO Member Countries in technology and innovation.
