The ECO Secretary General condoled with the Honourable President of Kazakhstan H.E. Mr. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for the loss of precious human lives and physical damages caused by the recent devastating floods in the western and northern regions of Kazakhstan. In his formal message, he also shared deep sympathies with the affected families and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
