ECO Secretary General Dr. Asad M. Khan hosted a farewell dinner to honor Ambassador Hüseyin Avni Bicakli, the outgoing ECO Deputy Secretary General and a veteran diplomat from Türkiye.
The event brought together ECO Permanent Representatives, who joined in recognizing and celebrating Ambassador Bicakli’s notable six-year tenure at the ECO Secretariat.
