In connection with attending the 77th Session of the UN General Assembly, the ECO Secretary General, H.E. Ambassador Khusrav Noziri visited New York on September 19 ,“ 24, 2022.
On the sidelines of his visit, the Secretary General had a bilateral interaction with the Foreign Minister of the Turkish Cypriot State, H.E. Mr. Tabsin Ertugruloglu.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the scope of cooperation between ECO and the Turkish Cypriot State and other issues of mutual interest.
The Turkish Cypriot State enjoys the status of ECO Observer.
