At the outset the ECO Secretary General, Ambassador Khusrav Noziri welcomed Ambassador of Mexico and briefed him on the priority areas of the ECO activities, focusing on transport and connectivity, trade, energy, environment, tourism, sustainable development and Advocacy Programme for Afghanistan, as well as outcomes of the last 15th ECO Summit held in Ashgabat on November 28, 2022.
The Ambassador of Mexico expressed interest to explore areas in which cooperation between ECO and Mexico can be set up for the realization of mutually rewarding targets.
