At the outset the ECO Secretary General, Ambassador Khusrav Noziri welcomed Ambassador of the United Kingdom and briefed H.E. Mr. Simon Shercliff on the priority areas of the ECO activities, focusing on transport and connectivity, energy, trade, environment and tourism.
The Ambassador of United Kingdom inquired on possibilities to establish beneficial cooperation between UK and ECO in the spheres of mutual interest, such as Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction, combating drug trafficking etc.
