Secretary General Dr. Asad M. Khan visited the School of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran.
Welcoming the Secretary General, the Dean of the School H.E. Ambassador M. Reza Dehshiri briefed him about the history and working of the school, which is focused on training diplomats for the Foreign Service of Iran for about 125 years. The meeting further discussed possibility of establishing ties between ECO Secretariat and the School in projects of mutual interest, including briefing the students of the School by the Secretariat on ECO activities and projects, as well as internship possibilities.
