Ambassador Silapberdi Nurbediyev (Turkmenistan national) has assumed his responsibilities as the ECO Deputy Secretary General in charge of Transport & Communications and Human Resources and Sustainable Development.
Ambassador Nurberdiyev is a distinguished career diplomat of Turkmenistan’s Foreign Ministry, who has previously served as Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Permanent Representative to UNIDO and IAEA.
