The ECO Secretary General, His Excellency Ambassador Khusrav Noziri visited the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Tehran, H.E. Mr. Askhat Orazbay on September 8, 2021.
Ambassador Orazbay, while felicitating the Secretary General for assuming responsible post, emphasized ECO`s tremendous potential to further facilitate sustainable development in the ECO Region and assured Kazakhstan`s firm position on active engagement to implement Organization`s envisaged goals and targets.
The Secretary General expressed sincere gratitude for warm welcome and appreciated Kazakhstan`s role in the advancement of agenda of the Organization, inter alia, aimed at greaterownership and partnership among all the Member States.
