On August 12, 2021 the Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization Dr. Hadi Suleimanpour met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran Prof. Nizomiddin Zohidi.
On August 12, 2021 the Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization Dr. Hadi Suleimanpour met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran Prof. Nizomiddin Zohidi.
During the meeting, Ambassador Zohidi conveyed an appreciation letter signed by H.E. Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin, honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan addressed to the Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization Dr. Hadi Suleimanpour on the occasion of completion of his tenure.
In his letter Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin commended able and professional leadership of outgoing ECO Secretary General and expressed hope that the designed layout during the tenure of Dr. Soleimanpour would continue to be observed in the Organization for the long period.
Dr. Soleimanpour expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Honorable Minister for his kind words and expressed confidence that his successor Ambassador Khusrav Noziri under the kind and continued guidance of His Excellency Minister Muhriddin and the members of Council of Ministers would maintain the current momentum of ECO`s activities and bring out fresh ideas and proposals for further advancement of the Organization.
Also, in the course of the meeting, Dr. Soleimanpour handed over to the Ambassador of Tajikistan the Certificate on announcement of the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan, the beautiful city of Dushanbe as the ECO tourism capital for the years 2020-2021.
