The ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri received H.E. Dr. Saad S. Khan, President of the ECO-Cultural Institute (ECOSF) at the ECO Secretariat, on October 12, 2023.
Extending felicitations to Dr. Saad over his appointment as the President of the ECO Cultural Institute, Ambassador Noziri stressed the importance of the Institute in furthering cultural bonding among peoples of the region. He also briefed the new President about the specialized and subsidiary organs of ECO and their role in materializing multifaceted and multipurpose cooperation amongst member states.
Dr. Saad S. Khan expressed hope to make the Institute more vibrant functionally and financially during his tenure.
