During his bilateral visit to Pakistan, the Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization Dr. Asad M. Khan held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Musadik Malik, Minister of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination.
The discussion focused on key ECO activities and initiatives as well the vulnerablities of the region to climate change and its related challenges. Both sides also discussed operationalizing and energizing ECO agencies dealing enviormental issues.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to enhance collaboration on environmental and climate change issues to promote sustainable development and resilience across the region.
