On the sidelines of the High-Level International Conference on Glaciers’ Preservation, the Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), H.E. Dr. Asad M. Khan, held a meeting with H.E. Meder Mashiev, Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Dr. Khan briefed on the upcoming ECO events, including the ECO Environment Ministers Meeting, and stressed the importance of the Kyrgyz Republic’s active participation in the event. Highlighting ECO’s environmental initiatives, he emphasized the Kyrgyz Republic’s enhanced role in advancing ECO’s environment agenda. The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening regional environmental cooperation within the ECO framework.
