The Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization, Dr. Asad M. Khan, visited the ECO College of Insurance, the oldest ECO-affiliated body, established in 1969. The College is also affiliated with Allameh Tabataba’i University Tehran.
In his meeting with the President of the University and the Dean of the College, discussions focused on strengthening educational collaboration through the development of joint programs and knowledge-sharing platforms. Particular emphasis was placed on initiating youth exchange programs to promote greater engagement and capacity-building among young professionals across the ECO region.
The meeting highlighted the importance of aligning the efforts of the College with the broader ECO agenda, particularly in advancing regional educational collaboration and human resource development. Both sides committed to exploring actionable steps to deepen partnership and establish more regular contacts to achieve shared objectives.
