ECO Senior Officials met in Baku on October 9, 2023 to facilitate the preparations of 27th Meeting of the Council of Ministers (COM) scheduled for October 10, 2023 in Shusha.
Chaired by Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan H.E. Mr. Yalchin Rafiyev, with participation of representatives from the member countries, the Senior Officials Meeting went over the item-wise contents of the COM’s agenda, including the Draft Shusha Declaration.
Briefing the participants, the ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri highlighted the important activities of the organization, especially the developments made during 2023 under the Chairmanship of Azerbaijan.
