The Seventh Meeting of the Attorneys/Prosecutors General of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) will convene on 11–12 September 2026 in Turkistan, Republic of Kazakhstan, bringing together high-level delegations from across the ECO region to advance judicial and prosecutorial cooperation among Member States.

At the center of the Meeting will be the anticipated adoption of the Turkistan Declaration, which is expected to provide renewed direction for regional cooperation in addressing emerging cross-border legal and security challenges.
The Meeting will also provide an opportunity for the representatives of the Member States to review progress achieved under existing ECO mechanisms and explore practical avenues for closer cooperation in response to evolving transnational challenges.

The Turkistan Declaration is expected to further align cooperation in this field with ECO’s broader regional objectives and the Strategic Goals of Economic Cooperation–2035, while building on the Organization’s previous frameworks for judicial and prosecutorial collaboration.
