The 11th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) was held on 4 May 2001 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The Council of Ministers’ meeting was preceded by the Senior Officials meeting held on 2-3 May 2001 under the Chairmanship of H.E.
