The Ninth Annual Meeting of the Council of Ministers (COM) of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) was held in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan on 21 May, 1999. The COM Meeting was preceded by the meeting of the Senior Officials chaired by H.E. Mr. Araz Azimov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held on 18-19 May, 1999.
