The 12th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) was held on October 12, 2002 in Istanbul, Republic of Turkey. The Council of Ministers’ meeting was preceded by the Senior Officials meeting held on 10-11 October 2002 under the Chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Alev Kilic, Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
